제1조 목적 및 정의

1.1 본 약관은 J&co(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 공식 웹사이트를 통해 제공하는 제품(이하 "상품")의 판매 및 관련 서비스 이용에 있어 회사와 고객(이하 "귀하")의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. 1.2 본 약관은 귀하가 상품을 주문하고 회사가 이를 수락함으로써 체결되는 모든 매매 계약에 적용됩니다. 1.3 본 서비스는 최종 소비자인 개인을 대상으로 하며, 재판매 목적의 구매나 사업자 활동을 위한 이용은 제한될 수 있습니다. 주문 시 귀하는 본인이 성인이며 법적 계약 체결 능력이 있음을 확인합니다.

제2조 상품 정보 및 주문 제한

2.1 회사는 웹사이트에 상품의 상세 정보와 가격을 게시합니다. 다만, 화면 설정에 따라 실제 상품의 색상이나 질감이 다르게 보일 수 있으므로, 웹사이트의 텍스트 설명을 우선적으로 참고하시기 바랍니다. 2.2 주문 제한: 원활한 상품 공급을 위해 인당/주문당 구매 수량이 제한될 수 있습니다. 동일 상품은 최대 2개, 1회 주문 시 전체 상품은 최대 10개까지 구매 가능하며, 이를 초과하는 주문은 예고 없이 취소될 수 있습니다. 2.3 장바구니에 상품을 담는 것만으로는 재고가 확보되지 않으며, 결제 완료 전 다른 고객에 의해 품절될 수 있습니다.

제3조 가격 및 결제

3.1 모든 상품 가격은 대한민국 원화(KRW)로 표기됩니다. 배송비 및 관련 세금은 결제 단계에서 최종 합계 금액에 포함되어 안내됩니다. 3.2 회사는 시스템 오류로 인해 가격이 잘못 표기된 경우, 해당 주문을 취소할 권리를 보유합니다. 이 경우 귀하에게 즉시 안내 후 올바른 가격으로 재구매 의사를 확인합니다. 3.3 결제는 회사가 승인한 수단으로만 가능하며, 상품 출고 준비가 완료된 시점에 최종 결제 처리가 이루어집니다.

제4조 계약의 성립 및 배송

4.1 주문 완료 후 발송되는 '주문 확인 메일'은 수신 확인 통지일 뿐이며, 계약의 성립은 회사가 상품 발송을 시작했음을 알리는 '배송 시작 안내' 시점에 확정됩니다. 4.2 배송은 대한민국 내 주소지로만 가능하며, 사서함이나 호텔 등으로의 배송은 제한될 수 있습니다. 4.3 천재지변 등 불가항력적인 사유를 제외하고, 주문 승인 후 60일 이내에 상품이 인도되지 않을 경우 귀하는 계약을 해제하고 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.

제5조 청약철회 및 반품 (환불 규정)

5.1 귀하는 상품을 수령한 날로부터 15일 이내에 단순 변심에 의한 반품을 요청할 수 있습니다. 5.2 반품 불가 항목: 다음의 경우 반품 및 환불이 제한됩니다.

  • 고객의 요청에 따라 제작된 맞춤형 상품 또는 각인 상품

  • 밀봉이 해제되어 재판매가 불가능한 화장품, 향수, 언더웨어, 수영복 등

  • 사용 흔적이 있거나 태그/라벨이 훼손된 경우 5.3 반품된 상품은 검수를 거쳐 이상이 없을 경우 14일 이내에 결제 수단과 동일한 방법으로 환불 처리됩니다.

제6조 교환 정책

6.1 상품 교환은 동일 모델의 사이즈 변경에 한해서만 가능합니다. 색상 변경이나 타 모델로의 변경을 원하실 경우, 기존 주문을 반품(환불)한 후 새로 주문해 주셔야 합니다. 6.2 교환은 상품당 1회로 제한되며, 해당 사이즈 재고가 없을 경우 반품으로 진행될 수 있습니다.

제7조 제품 보증 및 AS

7.1 J&co는 판매하는 모든 상품이 정상품임을 보증합니다. 7.2 제조상의 결함이 발견된 경우, 관련 법령에 따라 수선, 교환 또는 환불을 받으실 수 있습니다. 단, 소비자 부주의로 인한 훼손, 자연스러운 가죽의 주름이나 질감 차이는 결함으로 간주되지 않습니다.

1. Scope and Purpose

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the sale of products (“Products”) by J&co (“we”, “us”, “our”) to individual customers (“you”) through our official website. 1.2. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Terms of Use. We recommend reviewing these documents thoroughly before completing any purchase. 1.3. Our services are intended exclusively for personal use by individual consumers. We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to be for commercial resale or profit-seeking activities.

2. Product Information and Purchase Limits

2.1. Product Representation: While we strive for accuracy, the colors, textures, and details of Products displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the actual items. Please refer to the written product descriptions for the most accurate information. 2.2. Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund for that item. 2.3. Quantity Restrictions: To ensure fair access to our collections, we limit purchases to a maximum of two (2) identical items per order, with a total order limit of ten (10) items.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Prices are listed in South Korean Won (KRW). Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before final confirmation. 3.2. Price Errors: In the event of a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order. We will contact you to offer the option of re-purchasing the Product at the correct price. 3.3. Transaction: Payment will be processed only after we have verified your payment method and confirmed that the Product is ready for dispatch.

4. Contract Formation and Delivery

4.1. Contract Execution: Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when you receive a “Shipment Confirmation” email from us. 4.2. Shipping: We currently deliver exclusively within South Korea. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or temporary addresses like hotels. 4.3. Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver all Products within the estimated timeframe. If delivery is delayed beyond thirty (60) days from the order acceptance (excluding pre-orders), you are entitled to cancel the contract for a full refund.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

5.1. Return Policy: You may return Products for any reason within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order. 5.2. Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a refund, Products must be returned in their original condition: unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags, packaging, and documentation intact. 5.3. Exclusions: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized, monogrammed, or made-to-measure Products.

  • Fragrances, cosmetics, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., swimwear, underwear) if the seal has been broken.

  • Any items marked as "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

6. Exchanges

6.1. We offer exchanges only for the same Product in a different size (subject to availability). 6.2. If you wish to exchange for a different color or a different style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order online.

7. Authenticity and Warranty

7.1. Authenticity: J&co guarantees the authenticity of all Products purchased through our official website. 7.2. Manufacturing Defects: If a Product is found to have a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We provide a statutory warranty in accordance with consumer protection laws, covering repair or replacement for genuine defects. 7.3. Exclusions from Warranty: This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

8. Liability and Force Majeure

8.1. J&co shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if the cause is beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or systemic telecommunications failures). 8.2. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total price paid for the Product in question.
